Delivery

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email and you can always contact me on hello@catmooreprintmaker.co.uk. This email confirmation will also act as your receipt.

I ship domestically and internationally with Parcelforce and Royal Mail. Please note that you may be additionally charged for local import duties and customs charges, and these are to be paid by the customer. Similarly any return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

Order before 5pm GMT Monday to Friday and I’ll endeavour to hand your goods to your selected courier within 3 working days and will contact you within 24 hours if this is not possible. Please note that my couriers don't make deliveries on Sundays or public holidays and that my dispatch may take a little longer during busier periods such as Christmas. Due to my isolated location I am also occasionally prevented from sending orders by the weather. Should this occur I will contact you to keep you informed. Delays due to postal strikes or similar are beyond my control, and whilst I will do everything in my power to lessen the impact on any orders placed, I cannot guarantee delivery within my advertised timescale in this event. If you are concerned about postal strikes having an impact on your order then please email me hello@catmooreprintmaker.co.uk to discuss.

Returns

To make a return or exchange, simply email me at hello@catmooreprintmaker.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and what you’d like to send back, and I’ll send over the returns instructions.

I accept returns for an exchange or a refund within 14 days thereafter. To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back unused and in its original packaging. Returned items will be reimbursed the full purchase price only upon arrival at my address and so I recommend using a trackable delivery service. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time. Please note that unless the item is faulty, the outwards and return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please notify me within 48 hours of receipt at hello@catmooreprintmaker.co.uk and I’ll do my best to make it up to you.
